Shipments within Greece
The shipping of our products within Greece is carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki, the shipping cost is 5€ and FREE for orders over 60€. The shipping time is:
- 1-3 working days for all land destinations ( except for inaccessible destinations that need more time )
- 1-5 working days for all island destinations ( except for inaccessible destinations that need more time ).
In the case of inaccessible destinations, the customer can collect the parcel from the local branch of Geniki Taxydromiki of his/her area, so that there is no extra delay.
BOX NOW
By choosing BOX NOW as a delivery method, you can easily and quickly pick up your parcel at the Box Now Locker, near your office or home.
How does it work?
- Choose BOX NOW as the shipping method during check out.
- Find out which Box Now Locker serves you best by looking at the map of service points.
- Once your parcel is delivered to the Box Now Locker, you will receive a message with the code (Pin) to open your locker.

- Box Now Lockers are open 24 hours a day, so you can pick up your parcel at any time you want.
- Your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours.
- You can extend a certain amount of time by calling 211-1005301.

Only point of receipt of your order. There is no possibility of testing. Payment is made in cash at pickup you must have with you in cash exactly the amount of payment or by card. Once we receive your order we will contact you for the pickup time and day.
Returns Policy
You can return your entire order or some individual products within 14 days of receipt.
To be returned, products must be in their original condition, in their original packaging and the labels or tags must not have been removed.
For reasons of hygiene, swimwear, underwear, socks are not returned unless they are defective.
You have the right to return the products you purchased whether it was the wrong choice of design or color, or the wrong size for orders within Greece without being charged for shipping. If you need to return the products a second time, then you will be charged the shipping costs.
For orders from abroad, returns of products are at the expense of the customer.
Before you choose the size of our products you should consult the size chart we recommend. In case you do not consult it and choose the wrong size, the return and resizing shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In other case for the first return of the products we cover the cost of the transport.
In case the customer wishes to return the money of his order, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days.
In case the customer wishes to change a product with another product of a different type or code and the product chosen for change is of a lower price value than the one he has already purchased, no refund will be made. The customer will have to choose another product of equal or greater value than the amount of the difference.
